Every January 6, World Astrology Day is celebrated to raise awareness of the importance of this discipline that has studied, since ancient times, the influence of the position of the constellations or planets of the solar system on human life.

How did the creation of this world day originate?
This anniversary was proposed in 1979 by the Uruguayan astrologer Boris Cristoff, and was approved by 102 astrological organizations in the Western world.

It is celebrated on the same day as the Three Wise Men, due to the close relationship of Astrology with this traditional celebration, given that the star of Bethlehem was considered a biblical symbol of the Three Wise Men or astrologers of the East when following it, to guide oneself to the place of birth of Jesus Christ.

In the ancient world, constellations were observed and studied. The kings consulted their astrologers and created birth charts. On the other hand, it was considered that astrology and magic attacked religions.
